PHOENIX CONSULTING GROUP AFRICA is recruiting a BILINGUAL SECURITY RECEPTIONIST (M/F) based in Dakar, Senegal.
Sector: Facility Management
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide a professional and secure reception for visitors, staff, and service providers, ensuring compliance with access control procedures via the Visitor Management System (VMS). The role also includes managing visa-related documents, CCTV surveillance, incident management, administrative and logistical support, and reporting on security and reception activities.
Desired Profile:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in Executive Secretarial Studies, Administrative Management, or equivalent, with 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role combining high-end reception and security management. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
